The Eco Club of PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Danapur Cantt, First Shift is a student-led initiative dedicated to fostering environmental awareness, sustainable practices, and responsibility towards nature among the school community.

It gives students opportunities to understand environmental challenges and contribute to a cleaner, greener, more sustainable campus. Practical activities, awareness campaigns, creative initiatives, and collaborative projects help turn environmental knowledge into meaningful action.

Possible activities include tree planting and care, cleanliness drives, waste segregation, recycling campaigns, environmental awareness programmes, creative poster and slogan making, nature-based activities, and student-led sustainability projects.

The club aims to nurture environmentally responsible and socially conscious students. Working together helps make care for the environment a continuous responsibility grounded in everyday choices.

As part of PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Danapur Cantt, the club supports experiential learning, community participation, and sustainable development while encouraging students to become responsible citizens and environmental stewards.
